Shipping & Returns

Shipping of orders and packages is done on Wednesdays and Fridays.
Orders are sent via Australia Post and will have tracking if they are over $50. Pick up is available from our studio in Melbournes West.

All orders are generally shipped within a week.Sometimes if something you requested is back ordered, we’ll hold off until everything's here. If that’s taking too long, we’ll mail the in-stock items and send the back ordered one(s) as soon as they arrive. If there are any problems or questions with your order, please get in touch.
